Manchester Airport to Sheffield

"Manchester International Airport (MIA)" train station is within easy walking distance. It is connected to Manchester Airport. Trains to Sheffield (SHF) are frequent. The express train only takes 1 hour on the picturesque Pennine railway line.  From there it's either a short 12-minute walk on a public path to the venue (see video) or a few minutes taxi ride, costing less than a fiver.  Please look for the code MIA to pick the correct station on the booking website.

For Train information from MIA, please visit TheTrainline.com or TransPennine Express

For Bus/coach information from Manchester Airport, please visit this link

The Hotel and conference venue is a mere 11-minute walk from Sheffield Train and Bus Stations on a public path. Or a 2-minute taxi journey ~ book online - City Taxis ~ costing less than a fiver ~ watch Alex's video below for the walk.

East Midlands Airport to Sheffield

Sheffield: The train is a little awkward as it doesn't actually stop near the airport. The Direct Link bus is my our recommendation to/from East Midlands Airport as it
picks up and drops off a 15- minute walk from the event and leaves you at the airport door.

The Hotel and conference venue is a mere 11-minute walk from Sheffield Train and Bus Stations on a public path. Or a 2-minute taxi journey ~ book online - City Taxis ~ costing less than a fiver ~ watch Alex's video below for the walk.

The other option is to get a taxi to East Midlands Parkway Train Station and the bus from there to Sheffield Train Station.

Book train tickets through TheTrainline.com. You will need to pre-book a taxi through eastmidlandsairport.com

Leeds Bradford Airport to Sheffield

If you prefer to fly via Leeds Bradford Airport, you need to take a bus transfer from the airport to Leeds Station (LDS).  Then you can book your train ticket from Leeds Station (LDS) to Sheffield (SHF) using trainline.com.   Book your train well in advance as prices on the day are much more expensive.
